1) Managing and develop East Coast market portfolio for Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG).2) Monitoring competitor activities by gathering the intelligence and actively keep a pulse on the market situation.3) Identify new LPG business opportunities to penetrate market and study non-represented area to expand brand presence.4) Nurture a solid rapport with dealer and build strategic relationship to further enhance the business grow and effectiveness. 5) Ensure high level of dealer satisfaction through a solid services and good customer relationship management.6) Maximize sales profitability to make sure the margin is in a healthy condition and minimize the loses.7) Liaise closely with internal department such as business support, finance, marketing, technical and even with the governing bodies to ensure smooth operation in day to day flow.8) Visiting dealer to find out their needs and discuss any arising issue to help them to grow and strive for higher level of business.9) Conduct safety audit require by HSE ( Health, Safety, and Environment) department at dealer’s LPG store to make sure it is following the compliance and well maintained.

I have gone through an industrial training with PETRONAS Lubricants International for 3 months. During this process, I have gained knowledge and exposures regarding maintenance and mechanical works which can enhance my skills and talents. I have been attached under maintenance department at Melaka Lube Blending Plant during my internship. There are several of task and project that were assigned for me:- Mainly involved in taking part in preparing an Inspection Checklist for a Line Machine and getting familiar with the equipment in the plant.- Providing help in doing a maintenance work in the plant such as changing the strainer, opening strainer body, installing blind and others.- Assisting in other project such as creating a New Functional Location List for the plant that need to be updated in SAP system in the future.- Administrative work such as updating the work order compliance report on a weekly basis.- Observe and learn the work of the Shut Down process by following the Technician Supervisor of the Plant during the Shut Down progress.
