- Responsible for supporting the Project Manager, Implementation Manager, Engineering Manager and other functional area leadership by coordinating project administration, reviewing, revising and maintaining critical documents required to support assigned projects - Responsible for maintaining project related Minutes of Meetings and distribution to all concerned parties - Responsible for maintaining control of costs against the approved budget for the project, by establishing a comprehensive cost control process to record, monitor and manage all planned and un-planned costs incurred during project execution- Responsible for overall Project Planning and Scheduling in alignment with contractual milestones and with input from the Project Manager- Establishes and implements the Change Control and Management Process to ensure that all requests or requirements for change to any aspect of the project are formally captured by change request, recorded and processed as appropriate- Establishes and Implements the Risk Management Methodology and Risk Register log to ensure that all identified risks and issues are recorded, analysed, monitored and controlled continuously throughout the lifecycle of the project, in accordance with the appropriate risk mitigation strategy- Responsible for Contract Review and Verification, to ensure that all project deliverables are being delivered in accordance with the contractual scope of the project- Ongoing management and control of project plans, procedures, reports and other project specific documentation- Establishes routines and guidelines for preparing project performance reports, for internal or customer distribution, with focus on up-to-date project status, project delays, blocking issues, and corrective actions; ensure that results are timely and correctly presented and explained to the client in required format, quantity and quality- Plans and executes quality assurance assignments

• Involved in planning, monitoring and tracking of nationwide projects besides ensuring strict compliance to systems, budget, methodologies and procedures in order to accomplish its goals within the constraints of time, cost and agreed quality standards.• Continuously monitor progress in terms of status of the plan and the budget and report back to the board, senior management, client, via weekly progress reporting meetings.• Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action by tackling day-to-day issues head on and reviewing how more serious issues and risks might impact on scope, schedule, quality and cost.• Anticipating and reporting deviations from a plan/schedule keeping stakeholders informed.• Actively participate in client service review meetings on performance, service improvements, quality and processes.• Focusing on delivery schedules, alignment to contracted sales orders and overall project profitability.• Ensure compliance to quality parameters with the aim of maximizing client satisfaction.• Function as escalation point for implementation managers across the kingdom.• Also involved in liaison with project staff, logistics, corporate sales, retail sales, tier 2, training, warranty and contractors to ensure smooth flow of operations.
