•Responsible for investments activity for the company such as acquisitions, evaluation and Due Diligence.•Responsible for the Consolidated Financial Statements for 15 subsidiaries. •Responsible for assigned projects such as policy and procedures and chart of accounts to all subsidiaries.•Responsible for Zakat to all subsidiaries. •Managing and arranging all communications with External Auditors and advisory offices.•Conducting full review to all subsidiaries noting any misstatements in the Financial Statements and ensure that SOCAP has been applied.•Analyzing the Financial Statements to all subsidiaries and preparing reports to the top management.

•Responsible for assigning the support team, supervising their performance, and following up on their progress against the audit plan•Leading , managing and directing the support team toward the completion of the engagements scope•Managing the relation with the client and assuring the smooth flow of information in both directions.•Responsible to review staffs work in the different audit engagements.•Responsible for preparing financial statements, consolidated financial statements , proforma financial statements and other clients' requirements. •Understanding the clients' business operations (Revenue Cycle, Expenditure Cycle and other Cycles).•Performing tests of operating effectiveness over the operational processes to identify weaknesses and making recommendations to improve these weaknesses. •Identifying accounting issues and prepare financial statements including balance sheet statement of Income and statement of cash flow.
