-Wrote “Performance Achievements of the Directorate General of Vocational Education” by analyzing issues in vocational education and summarizing the policies, programs and achievements of MoERC.-Evaluated the impact of Competitive Fund and Upskilling-Reskilling programs by creating survey instruments and analyzing data using a quasi-experimental approach.-Created an indicator to calculate the quality of vocational schools and calculated the score for all vocational schools in Indonesia in 2023 and 2024.-Designed the long-term planning of the Vocational High School - Center of Excellence (SMK Pusat Keunggulan) program.

-Work with Professor Kirsten Slungaard Mumma in merging and cleaning voting records data of citizens in all states in the USA from the last six years using STATA.-Reviewed the STATA code to make sure the program run effectively and efficiently.

-Supervised a 30-people team in managing a crowdfunding scholarship program in Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB), resulted in the increases in the number of grantees by 80%, donors by 65%, and charity funds by 95% -Designed the organization’s strategic planning by negotiating with the foundation’s president-Initiated the expansion department and succeeding to open a crowdfunding scholarship program in Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS)
