- Lendlease was involved with Project Management & Construction (PMC) works for Affin Bank new Corporate Headquarters at Tun Razak Exchange (TRX), Kuala Lumpur. - Class-A office building with approximately $300mil value of construction cost, part of TRX's world class International Finance District development plan.- Evaluated consultants in tender bidding, where qualified consultants are screened through Lendlease development standards, before being proposed to the client.- Assisting Project Managers to coordinate amongst Structural, Mechanical, Architectural and Interior Design consultants to essentially meet client's expectation on quality, cost and time.- Focused on Civil and Structural coordination, where any changes in Architectural or Interior Design works were assessed shall it pose any structural impact to current cost, design and construction operations.- Involved with BIM coordination amongst design consultants.
