- Current job position: SMED engineering- Client: Aker Solutions (Norway).- Job description: Oil platform design (shop drawings and 3D models)- Previously (4 years) and still occasionally working as a freelance mechanical engineer.- Clients: Cortion LDA, GEARPARTS GmbH, RTP, Prolight, ZaiNar, Solid Optics, Allparts music, Fid Retail GmbH, Accurate Tiling, and many more.- Job description: DFMA (design for manufacturing and assembly), 3D modeling, shop drawings, FEA, renders, prototyping, reverse engineering, manual design.I worked on electronic enclosures design (both polymer and metal), motorcycle aftermarket parts, sheet metal, steel constructions, fitness equipment and machinery, musical equipment, various consumer products, etc.- I became proficient in Solidworks over the time, and that's my software of choice. I'm often working in AutoCAD as well and I'm familiar with Catia, Ansys, Inventor and Moldflow too. - I am a very fast learner when it comes to CAD software, learning and switching to a different software was never an issue.- Besides 3D modeling and rendering, understanding of metallurgy, machining, welding, plastic injection molding, composite material properties, CNC machining, heat treatment, other material treatment and manufacturing processes is implied.
