Good Day!First and foremost, I have a Computer Engineering background, not completely software but also hardware (controller). The part that interests me is the logic of how we solve puzzles, not only with the programs we are running, but in real life.My first work experience as part of an IT team in a manufacturing industry. Being part of a technical team has its own challenges, from there I was interested in playing bigger roles. This was realized in the next job, mostly in the role of managing the development team to build digital solutions. Together with the team, I manage requirements, resources, timeline, how to still have flexibility but not too much so that the objectives are still achieved (Agile PM).My current career focus is as a Project Manager in providing Digital Solution, which is engaged in industry 4.0 by offering digital solutions to overcome pain points in industrial companies. From this role, I gained a lot of experience in offering solutions to customers, conducting field assessments, assigning execution teams, monitor projects to keep them in line with key objectives and on track.
