I transformed CXL Group into a digital-first Malaysian-led organisation. Key turnaround measures include introducing cutting-edge online human capital tools which led to enterprise-wide performance and productivity improvements in processes and the management of client services.1) Moved from a server/client base payroll solution to a cloud-based one, improving productivity2) Developed a mobile app for customers. One of the largest Malaysian management consulting, technology and outsourcing companies and a subsidiary of The iA Group.Achievements- Successfully established a brand-new Digital Business unit in The iAGroup, closing an MYR1.2 million deal within the first six months of operations. There were four key components: FinTech, Software Development, UI / UX and Cloud Solutions- Over the two years, I established strategic partnerships with key digital and payment services companies including Emerge, Amphibia Digital and Xgemina Technology. In particular, we were joint winners of a platform development project (worth MYR1 million) when Malaysia Airlines went through a retrenchment exercise wherein 6,000 people were retrenched.Responsibilities- Key team member who helped build the iA Digital Division covering cloud technology, digital services and payment solutions.- Led the growth of FinTech for the Group.- Evaluated & Identified other technology businesses for investment and growth of the digital units.- Charged with hiring talent for the digital business.- Strong engagement and relationship building with industry leaders and government agencies (particularly MDEC and MAGIC).

Malaysian company which holds a diversified portfolio of companies that specialise in management consulting, technology and outsourcing.Achievements- Successfully customised (design, initiation and implementation) a single platform. This was a sophisticated cloud-based Microsoft platform that we used to enhance productivity, improve customer service and internal collaboration across the group.Responsibilities- Oversaw the Technology and Infrastructure Support services for the entire Group including responsibility for technology infrastructure investment, all technology requirements of onsite projects, IT security, digitisation products and collaborative projects.- Designed and developed the process flow for the internal payroll system and automated payroll processing for the Payroll Outsourcing business.- Overall IT P&L responsibility for the group.

Leading Malaysian HR and outsourcing company, a subsidiary of the iA Group.Achievements- Successfully designed and built a cloud-based end to end recruitment and payroll platform. Together with our COO, I was a significant contributor to building CareerXcell with a top-line growth of MYR100 million within the first five years of operating.- Developed, from the ground up, a team of 50 consultants.Responsibilities - I was a key team member in setting up the CareerXcell Group as a startup, charged with the setup of the core technology platform for the recruitment and payroll business lines and also for marketing and corporate services.- Responsible for developing our marketing strategies including the digital aspects.

A Fortune 500 American office staffing company that operates globally.Achievements- Over the first two years, I moved around the company in a number of roles including IT operations support, buyer, purchasing operations, vendor relations, merchandise planning, market/sales analyses and customer service.- I helped establish the Technology Education Group NIIT in Seremban.Responsibilities - Over the course of 10 years, I was responsible for the entire gamut of IT operations for Kelly Services Malaysia. However, I also supported Kelly Services Global by setting up the IT operations in the region including India, Indonesia and Hong Kong.
