The responsibilities included:• Preparing the drawings for new stores according to KyoChon Malaysia’s operations guidelines.• Coordinating with KyoChon Korea on the concept design.• Conducting meetings with contractors, landlord (mall), KyoChon Korea team and any other parties.• Reviewing and improving on the design and materials used.• Reviewing architectural drawing submission. • Liaising with M&E consultant on KyoChon’s M&E drawing submission.• Coordinating the upgrading and reconfiguration works with the landlord.• Executing any other job responsibilities as and required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.
