Major job responsibilities:-Support managers on HR processes, policies, data and systems-Support Managers in the entire Hiring process-Administrate the pre-employment joining formalities -Administrate the requisition of access cards and personal computers of the New Joiners-Support associates in the HR Operational activities -Archive HR related documents and ensure proper documentation & archiving in personnel files and in the eFile system -Administer monthly payment disbursement process using eReclaim for all the associates-Process monthly payroll of the Third Party staffs -Facilitate the insurance settlement process and ensure proper disbursement of the claims-Prepare all letters and certificates as required -Process final payment of outgoing third party and outsourced staffs -Facilitate the contract extension, employee Life cycle Management, letters and certificates issue of third party and outsourced staffs
