Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. headquartered in Hercules, California, a multinational manufacturer and distributor of life science research and clinical diagnostic products.♦ In 2000, I was selected Head of Operations where I was responsible for all operations and customer service aspects of the Hungarian Representative Branch of Bio-Rad♦ Establishing Bio-Rad Hungary Corporation in 2003 I was appointed to Managing Director position. Leading a motivated team of 15, I was accountable for the management of all Sales, Customer Service, Administrative and Operational functions of the business, including full P&L responsibility♦ In 2008, I additionally picked up the roles of overseeing the regional branch office of Emerging Markets in Budapest, Hungary and exercised Employer’s rights for 40 employeesMAJOR ACCOMPLISHMENTS:♦ Under my leadership, Bio-Rad became a recognized contributor to the life science and IVD medical devices market in Hungary♦ Achieved absolut market dominance in Mad Cow Disease testing and sustained it for over 10 years, generated € 2+ M annual revenue♦ Boosted the annual revenue from €1M in 2000 to over €6 M by 2010♦ Participated in the establishment of the regional branch office of Emerging Markets in Budapest, Hungary♦ Hungary served as „pilot country” in the implementation of numerous Emerging Markets projects, such as ERP (SAP B1), CRM (salesforce.com), ServiceMax

Sanofi is a global healthcare leader company, has more than 110,000 collaborators in more than 110 countries. Chinoin Pharmaceuticals was founded in 1910 and deals with research and development, chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The 1991 acquisition of Chinoin by Sanofi, further broadened Chinoin’s offering with Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics’ IVD devices such as products for blood virus testing, microbiology and blood grouping.I was hired to coordinate and manage distribution of Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics’ products in Hungary. I spent 8+ years at Sanofi-Chinoin in various positions with progressive responsibilities.In my position, working closely with marketing department, I was responsible for diverse business functions including business development and also, to set up and align business processes necessary to distribute IVD devicesA SAMPLE OF MY ACHIEVEMENTS INCLUDE♦ Through the coordination of intensive and efficient cross-functional team work, distribution of Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics’ products has been set up and was successfully integrated in Sanofi-Chinoin’s standard business processes. ♦ Successfully introduced Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostics' microbiology and immunhemathology product lines to Hungarian market ♦ I was recognized for my performance by receiving the award „Employee of Excellence”The acquisition of Pasteur Sanofi Diagnostic by Bio-Rad Laboratories ended distribution of diagnostics by Sanofi-Chinoin
