A space for freelancers and small business owners to come and hire a desk, meeting room or space for an event or workshop.Working with small local businesses to help them grow whether they need help running their business, whether it is business support, pop up shops to give them a high street presence or working with them on their own business.Breakout has printing services, local village books and artwork for sale and recycling services.

My way of working is to find a simpler, easier way of doing things. Removing admin, cutting out the faff and lessening the stress and worry in the workload. I believe everyone's job should be enjoyable, we work far too many hours to not like what we do. Having used Conclusys CRM for a number of years I am now working with the team on their VA specific CRM. I have found it saved me time which is music to a VAs ears and helped save my clients time - win win! Now providing feedback and input into creating a fantastic product for Virtual Assistants over the world.

Accountable for all indirect products and services within the retail managed estate as well as integrating new businesses as the company grows. Full responsibility for areas including laundry, cleaning, gardening, washrooms, recycling, stationery, glassware, crockery, chemicals, bar and restaurants consumables and uniforms.Responsible for all inflation, savings and mitigation for GNFR and Services. I currently manage a team of 3 within these categories.

Presenting to large teams to communicate project timelines and information to gain support for key projects. Worked closely with Marketing and Operations to source products from outside of the UK if necessary.

Being the first point of contact for the food team and dealing with all day to day queries.Reviewing daily and weekly supplier KPIs.Gaining a wealth of experience in managing food stocked lines as well as JIT products throughout the whole supply chain. Accountable for food categories and negotiation of price and product specifications.I gained supplier negotiation skills through attending the GAP negotiation course.
