Assist IT professionals in career advancement by presenting permanent and/or contract opportunities. Responsible for the identification, qualification, matching, advising, and managing of candidates. Work with the Talent Service team, account managers, consultants, pre-sale resources, HR and marketing in growing the SIS Talent Services practice and enabling customer business success.  Assist Talent Services team, account managers and consultants with understanding technical staffing requirements received from clients.  Proactively generate and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates across all technology capabilities of SIS, leveraging user groups, social networking, and other ideas and tools you recommend.  Conduct regular follow-up with EVP of Talent Management to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Complete the recruitment process for specific technical roles. Identify suitable candidates from your pipeline, job boards, referrals and direct submissionsEnsure the candidate’s availability for the project/roleDocument candidate interviews Finalize rate/compensation with the candidate Submit profiles for the requirement Conduct phone screeningsWork with SIS technical management to complete technical screenings Follow up on submitted candidatesEnsure placements are properly on-boarded
