As a product designer, I was responsible for conducting user research to gather valuable insights, developing user personas, and designing intuitive UI to create seamless and engaging experiences. My role also involved analyzing data and feedback to enhance product functionality and conducting user interviews to better understand and improve the overall user experience. Additionally, I collaborated closely with the tech team, providing new ideas and approaches to foster a fresh mindset aimed at improving user experience. During my time there, I worked on notable projects such as Showfa Driver, Showfa Admin, and Showfa User, contributing to the development of these platforms with a user-centric approach. I utilized tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Illustrator to execute and enhance my design process.

As a product designer, I conducted user research and created wireframes for various projects. One of the key projects I worked on was designing a booking website for a client based in Los Angeles who was launching their product in India. I faced several challenges in adapting the product for the Indian market, and as part of the process, I developed brand guidelines, researched appropriate color schemes for the logo, and tailored the design to resonate with the target audience—Indian users. My responsibilities included creating user personas, mind maps, and user journeys and conducting both qualitative and quantitative analysis. Additionally, I designed banners and posts for social media platforms to support the product launch. Alongside these tasks, I designed the UI with a focus on delivering a seamless and improved user experience (UX).
