 Look After BMC institution/Services Charges Business Acknowledgments Sending to the companies Record Keeping of all corresponding to institutes and companies. Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports. Shipment loading and transferring. Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock. Maintain the proper record of daily sales. Checking of stocks received. Ensure the Stamping of stocks according to the institute requirement. Batches according to invoice or Dc. Shelf Life Of the stocks Maintain other reports which are required time to time. Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system Checking of stocks availability if company exist in trade business In case of company not exist in trade business ensure the payment of the PO and scan copy of PO along with payment sending e mail from HOID. Stocks should be according to PO. Rates Invoice Checking. Bill Submission along with required complete documents. On month end all Acknowledgement hand over to the Claim Department. Any other assignment assign by the Management.
