JOB Purpose:Ensure quality standards are met on construction sites by performing inspections, developing QA/QC plans, and managing compliance with quality protocols.Duties and ResponsibilitiesInspections: Conduct technical work and material inspections, develop ITPs and test plans.Documentation: Provide independent QA/QC plans, protocols, and reports.Non-Conformance: Issue NCRs and deviation notices when necessary.Stakeholder Management: Handle multiple stakeholders and issues efficiently.Site Inspections: Perform regular comprehensive site inspections and recommend improvements.Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of work on-site, applying corrective measures as needed.Team Management: Organize tasks, motivate and manage subcontractors, and address poor performance.Technical Skills and Competencies:Ability to read interpret Technical / Site / Project drawing.Ability to do Inspection Concrete, materials etc.Knowledge of QA/QC principles and construction concepts.Proficiency in developing and implementing QA/QC plans.Strong managerial skills and ability to motivate subcontractors.Should have Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Adaptability and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

Engineering geological and Geophysical investigation.Environmental Impact Assessment Industrial area Abbottabad.Subsurface ground imaging for effected areas in factories vicinity.Geotechnical evaluation using geophysical and material quality testing (soil, concrete and asphalt).Dam site investigation including dam health and life.Monitoring water quality for dam sites and beneficial population.Geophysical data acquisition, interpretation and reporting for mineral exploration.Ground water exploration using latest geophysical instruments and remote sensing data Data Analysis and mapping in using Geographic Information System (GIS)

-Ensures the Quality Assurance/Quality Control on all project activities is implemented.- Re-structuring the Project Quality Plan in accordance with the Project Specification.- Review of Quality Procedures as per Contract Requirements- Review and add values on Procedures, Work Instructions, and Forms.- Coordinate and provide guidance to the concerned personnel to meet the quality in compliance with the project specification.- Coordinate with client/ Consultant in quality related matters and inspection.- Study and analyze the performance of all staff and help them in improving their tasks by attending training sessions and Ensuring ISO 17025 in Laboratory side.- Review nonconformities and provide corrective & preventive actions as required.- Ensures that that problems and mistakes are avoided through the review of Method Statements and accumulation of Inspection and Test Plan.- Implement policies and procedures in consultation with the Concerned Departments.- Proactive approach to improve the Quality of work at site, minimize rework and demonstrate continual improvement.
