Curtis Farmer is a Graduate from SUNY Oswego '21. Colleagues describe him as "I hired Curtis to be one of three fall interns in 2021, to help manage my Marketing, Marketing Research and Social Media for my brand, “Divine Juicy Life®”: www.divinejuicylife.com. I initially hired Curtis because he emanated positive energy, and came across as passionate about social media, including various platforms I knew nothing about, which he educated me on. At the outset of the internship, I tasked Curtis and my other two interns with learning my business and doing research. It was a big task and Curtis adeptly rose to the occasion, providing very helpful feedback, and ideas, including specific research on what others in my field were doing who had the same target market of the Highly Sensitive Person (HSP). Curtis came up with specific recommendations to refine and manage(ongoing) my brand based on input from he, myself and the other interns. He created a social media plan, recommended marketing materials and communications to be produced, create a strategy and plan for future content distribution, a plan for promoting my e-course “The Joy Reboot Program” and creating social media posts for my target market. Curtis provided a very helpful and unique perspective, educating me on possibilities with social media and marketing platforms I didn’t know existed. He offered very valuable feedback and creative ideas and collaborated very easily and well with my two other interns. He grew in his ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, communicate well and to be organized and productive. I found him to be very conscientious, caring, and a good listener. I would highly recommend Curtis as a natural empath and people person who would do really well in any role drawing on his innate gifts and passion for being a positive, sensitive and creative role model with a passion for communication and social interaction, especially through social media platforms.
