Who is leading withmost famous manufacturing companies such as Ziehl Abegg ,Gefran ,Blue light, etc. Thesize of company is over 200 staff. I am Chief Financial Officer the following tasks aremonitoring by me.1-Directing and leading the financial team2-Controlling the processes and performance of the financial team and monitoring theimplementation of legal requirements3-Supervising the preparation and correct implementation of budget procedures andcontrolling and investigating deviations with the managers of the relevant units4-Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and concurring and managing theimplementation of beneficial financial goals5-Controlling and supervising the preparation of internal and external financialstatements and periodical reports6-General review of financial methods and supervision of correct and timelyimplementation of financial processes

Who is leading with most famous manufacturing companies such as Nestlé, Henkel, Hayat holding Coca cola-Rani, MazMaz, Kaleh group etc. The size of company is over 200 staff.I am senior finance manager of the group and the following tasks are monitoring by me.1-Implementation of costing module in Rahkaran System.2-Reorganization of Supply chain module in Rahkaran System.3-Stablishment of Sale module in Rahkaran System.4-Start up of treasury module in Rahkaran System.5-Quarteriy, mid year and year end closing.6-VAT and annual tax return.7-Preparing tax defense bills and negotiate with tax offices and courts.8-Preparing budget reports versus actuals in financial statements.

The company which I was working for is Geneian Pharmed, one of the chilled of Behesstan Darou that is the greatest drug importer, according to contract manufacturing with European countries .With more than 500 staff and 12 branches.Currently I’m accounting manager and there are 6 employees in accounting department. I report to CFO and 6 accountants report to me.my responsibility for this company is according to bellow :1.Preparation of financial statements such as: profit and loss, cash flow, balance sheet.2.Preparation of tax office reports, such as Annual Tax return, VAT, Withholding Tax and salary tax.3.To perform of Monthly, quarterly and year -end closing.4.
