I amI am a PhD candidate at the University of Connecticut (UCONN), where I am actively engaged in research at the LIMB Lab. My primary focus is on advancing the field of in-silico design for extrusion printer heads, with a specialized emphasis on achieving precise control over inner fiber patterns. This cutting-edge work holds significant promise for enhancing the capabilities of both 3D printing and bioprinting technologies. I've incorporated my passion for environmental sustainability into my work, which has led me to engage with the current discussions on cultured meat. Leveraging my background in tissue engineering, I've been involved in exploring how these principles can be applied to enhance cultured meat production methods.During my internship periods at Encapsulate, I had the privilege of contributing to the development and refinement of state-of-the-art layer-based tumor-on-chip technology. My involvement also extended to the realm of targeted drug delivery, wherein I worked extensively with lipidic nanoparticles to enhance their efficiency and accuracy.
