Service Technician
Current-->While pursuing my MBA, I took on a part-time role at SportChek to support myself financially. It allowed me to gain valuable experience in customer service and technical skills, all while managing my studies. Now that I've completed my MBA, I'm eager to transition back into the construction industry, where my background and education in civil engineering can be put to better use. I'm looking for a role that aligns with my expertise in construction and project management, and I'm ready to contribute to a company in this field.--> At SportChek, I work as a Service Shop Supervisor and Sales Associate. As a Service Technician, I take care of bike repairs, tune snow equipment, and string racquets for tennis, squash, and badminton. I make sure everything is serviced properly, so our customers get the best experience with their gear.-->On the sales side, I help customers find the right products for their needs, whether it’s outdoor gear or sporting goods. I also organize the shop, manage inventory, and train new staff. My role involves working closely with managers and other team members to keep everything running smoothly and safely in the store.
