Area Sales Manager
CurrentManaging Sales team (ordering, logistics invoicing, inventory) in assigned geographical area/district.Directing all sales activities within the assigned geographical area/district.Attend PIM/Asset integrity meetings as needed and work closely with sales representatives to ensure all action items are completed on a timely manner. Provide measureable objectives to sales representatives and field technicians; monitor and review these key objectives with field staff and Sr. District managers quarterly; Reviewing and approving P-card statements and ensure these are in line with budgetary targetsMaintain and enhance relationships with key customers.Coordinate and manage holiday schedules within the territoryMay be required to handle customer sales responsibility in an effort to support headcount to revenue goals and objectives on a short-term basis as new employees are hired to support revenue.Responsible for informing and focusing sales team on the financial performance of the assigned geographical area/district.MAKES SURE THAT ALL POLICIES AND PROCEDURES ARE COMMUNICATED AND ADHERED TO BY ALL SALES DEPARTMENT EMPLOYEES.
