Manages projects site/remedial investigation projects under the LSRP program several of which were given Response Action Outcomes (RAOs). These projects were for both industrial and private clients primarily involving release from USTs. I actively manage and participate in preliminary assessments, remedial investigations, remedial actions, and wetlands delineations for both industrial, private, and municipal clients. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience that includes program/project management, site characterization and remediation, due diligence, and regulatory compliance. I continue to successfully execute projects in New York City in conjunction with several agencies including, but not limited to: NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), NYC Mayor’s Office of Environmental Remediation (MOER), the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC), the Board of Standards and Appeals (BSA), Housing Preservation & Development (HPD), Department of City Planning (DCP), New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA), and the Department of Transportation (DOT). As an employee with Equity I have conducted numerous sites regulatory compliance audits, developed, trained and implemented numerous safety policies and programs, developed numerous training and educational programs related to OSHA standards and other client specific health and safety standards and/or topics. I have also become an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer within the OSHA Construction Industry & General Industry. This allows me to teach workers about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file complaints as well as how to recognize, abate and prevent job-related hazards. I am able to train the OSHA 10 Hour & 30 Hour Construction & General Industry course material.

Conducted wildlife surveys on bluebirds, marsh birds and wetlands plants. I participated in banding local geese populations throughout central and southeastern portions of NJ and tagging of horseshoe crabs in the Cape May area of NJ.

Assisted with fish ladder maintenance and review/identification of fish species that came through the fish ladders in the Easton, PA. I also assisted with the American Shad Run studies in the Bushkill, PA area of the Delaware River and helped with electro-shocking in other small streams and rivers throughout northeastern PA.
