I am a highly organised, outcome and solution driven, motivated professional with solid experience in OH&S. I am currently employed by Monadelphous Maintenance & Industrial Services, a leading national Construction and Maintenance Company in a Health, Safety & Environment discipline.In my present role, I manage the day to day aspects of HSE requirements for a team within the Monadelphous Rail Division. I am responsible for developing and implementing OH&S and risk management initiatives to ensure site specific compliance. It is my responsibility to ensure that all OH&S systems are up-to-date and adhered to by all employees. I also conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, safety audits and accident and injury investigations. I conduct and manage client reporting requirements. I am also responsible for the environmental management on the project.I am fully qualified, with a Certificate IV in OH&S, Diploma in WH&S, trained in TapRoot Investigation & HFAT with formal qualifications, trained in Mental Health Awareness (Management Level), IIF Action Trained, Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and Diploma of Lead Auditing. I currently hold an MSIC and are First aid trained. I am currently enrolled in ECU for their Post Graduate Program for a Post Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety as part of my commitment to professional development. I have spent a number of years honing my skills across Australia on major construction and maintenance projects. I am driven to help organisations make their workplaces as safe and healthy as possible and I thrive in a stimulating and dynamic environment.
