• Prepare Monthly and Annual Financial statements • Verify, Allocate, post and reconcile accounts payables and receiv-ables• Preparation of yearly financial budget, Setting Sales Target accord-ing to the business plan & Expenditures. • Maintaining Fixed Asset Register, Physical Counting of Asset and Reconciliation with system, Transfer and Disposal of Asset. • Bank reconciliation • Cash flow management to meet ongoing cash needs of the compa-ny. • Manage Cash and Multiple Bank Accounts of the company. • Preparation of VAT report and Filing Online VAT Return. • Overall maintenance of general ledger accounts, Ensure accuracy of information contained in G/L Accounts & Financial Reports is in line with company policies & procedures. • Improve and implement debt collection processes when there are any overdue invoices or payments, and initiate legal procedures if necessary. • Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. • Review and approvals of Sales and Purchase orders. • Preparation of Payroll on monthly basis and controlling leave sala-ry, employees advances record & deduction from their salary, and end of service benefits according to UAE Labor Law • Prepare documents for External Auditors• Process payments for local and International suppliers • Responds by phone or email to vendor inquiries and requests. • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies• Adheres to Accounting Department Policies and procedures for processing payments of all invoices and Reimbursements. • Passing Monthly Prepaid and accruals entries • Inter-Company reconciliation
