I am an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, specializing in musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. I am keenly interested in sports physiotherapy and rehabilitation, which drives my commitment to helping patients recover and optimize performance. My final-year thesis focused on "The prevalence of forward head posture and associated factors among gym-goers in Peshawar," reflecting my passion for research-based practice (evidence-based practice).I gained hands-on experience through a 3-month internship at Rehman Medical Institute, where I managed MSK conditions, sports injuries, and neurological disorders. Currently, I work as a Rehab House Officer at Lady Reading Hospital-MTI, providing care to inpatients in wards and ICUs, as well as outpatients at the physiotherapy OPD. My clinical training includes advanced skills in manual therapy, electrotherapy, therapeutic exercises, and movement analysis.Additionally, I have specialized training in the Ponseti method for clubfoot correction and certification in Kinesio Taping, and I participated in a "Sports for Development" workshop with GIZ. My goal is to continually advance my skills to deliver the best rehabilitation outcomes for my patients.
