Managed the work completion of Phase-1 of the project including complete Renovation of Class Rooms, Seminar Rooms, Break-Out Rooms, etc, Weekly briefing / updating of the Project Works at Microsoft Project to the team of Owner, Architect Consultants highlighting the work progress, delays, if any along side with the resources at site.
