ResponsibilityBANK ACCOUNTS:1.Monthly Trial Balance and all books of account in good condition.2.Prepare Payment of Supplier,Taxes,Salaries, and other routine payments 3.Posting of bank receipt and cash voucher, responsible for maintain Fund Status and Bank Reconciliation.4.Maintain Director personal bank accounts.TAX RELATED WORKING:1.Preparation Sales Tax Invoices via Fox pro software, Monthly Sales tax and Income Tax return submit on FBR web portal and maintaining stock register for sales tax.2.Quarterly Advance tax return submission, Yearly salaries return submit on FBR, tax audit, EOBI audit, SESSI and professional Tax.3.Yearly submission of Chamber of Commerce challan, property taxes challan, income tax return working and submission in FBR.4.Yearly final accounts working and submission in FBR, stock working for tax and Ramzan.SALES & PAYROLL ACCOUNTS:1.Verification sales incentive and preparation of salaries.2.Outstanding Follow ups with Department, chronic cases with customer as a standby.IMPORT / EXPORT RELATED WORKING:1.Opening L/C till payment. (Advance Payment & Open Accounts), costing of L/C2.Maintain purchase local and import register via fox pro software.
