I was Country Safety & Security Manager in Save the Children (USA) and later in Save the Children International at Islamabad in Country Office from May, 2007 to May, 2010. Took care of all Flood activity in 2010 FLOODS in Pakistan; from safety & Security; administration; hiring of spaces for stores / hiring of transport; hiring of staff; hiring of offices and residences and conducting Security Assessment of areas; I was taking care of 3412 Staff in 29 districts of Pakistan. I was with UNHCR from Jan 2002 to 2007, looking after Karachi, Sindh province and Balochistan - working as FSA and also taking care of all the Afghan camps in Karachi and taking their care of administration and transport. I also worked in Muzaffarabad , Bagh and Ghari Duppata in AJK , during EQ in 2005 in Oct, with UNHCR. I served in Army for 28 years and retired in 1996 , as Lt Col . I fought war in East Pakistan in 1971. I got my Matric Certificat from Comilla Cantt, East Pakistan in 1965.I have travelled East Pakistan , every inch of it from 1960 to 1965 - during my school days. I have also travelled every inch of Pakistan ,from North to south and Eat to west. I received four COAS commendation cards and one T I (M) for my outstanding performance in Pakistan Army. I was the chief coordinator of all safety & security activities , for making safe the area of the Ojhari Camp Blasts in rawalpindi.I was CEO & Managing Director of National Fertilizer Maraketing company Limited (NFML) from 1997 to 2002; a limited company ; having six companies under my command - which produced chemical fertilizer in pakistan.
