Ahmed started his career in Australia over a decade and a half ago, Ahmed has acquired a lot of different skills and knowledge over the years. His I.T knowledge is vast and comes from various domains like: .net framework, java development, front-end and back-end web development, so on and so forth. Ahmed's knowledge is not just restricted to the technical side of things. During the years he has cultivated several leadership qualities like including strategic planning, vision, very goodcommunicator delegation and developing & fostering divers teams Using these skills he has guided the dev teams through projects of varying and complex nature. Projects completed under his leadership belong from various industries like; HR, finance, education, retail and the automotive industry. He is currently has been serving as the founder and CEO of CAREERZ360 for the last 7 years. CAREERZ360, a next generation recruitment platform which aims to improve the process of hiring, talent acquisition & employee retention by combining on-line job portal, professional networking platform, machine learning and smart profiling.Furthermore, he has taught at Singapore Polytechnic for five years. It is the teaching instinct in him that makes him a great leader of the team able to guide his staff through tough projects with a steady hand.Apart from his duties, Ahmed is a great fan of the game of squash even winning a couple of tournaments back in his more limber days!
