# Monitoring all areas of operations , viz counter, boarding gate , ramp operations.#Devising and employing systems and procedures to cater to guests' needs .#Devise strategic policies and procedures in operating systems to achieve greater customer delight. alongside implementing world-class service schemes.#Ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery of service quality norms.#Interacting with guests for feedbacks used in further enhancing operation.#Roster staff and organize ground handling equipments well advance to facilitate OTP of airlines .

# Planing day to day activities & responsibility for safe operations #Plan ,coordinate with all department i.e ATC about the bay setup, despatched about the departure fuel, and produce all loading , weight and balance documents in accordance to said flight .

Responsibilities includes:-1. Responsible for the effective planning and preparation of all system, manual weight and balance documentation (loading instruction report, load sheet and trim sheet), ensuring these are accurate and meet the required safety and legal standards2. Ensure the accuracy of passenger figures, baggage, cargo weights, fuel figures correspond with the final quantity stated on the fueling order.3.Responsible for providing the Captain, Flight Operations & all Airlines with required information such as estimated zero fuel weight for flight planning purposes and final zero fuel weight figures immediately upon flight closure to enable maximum fuel uplift and trim fuel transfer within ground time as stipulated by the airline.4. Optimizing load, flight performance and achieving on-time departures.5. Responsible for the preparation of manual and system Trim Sheets, aircraft performance, resulting in a reduced ware & tare on the engines.6. Certified Load Controller for Jet Airways aircraft Types B737 700/800/900ER and Load Manager. 7. Handles loading & equipment operation activities for in-coming and outgoing flights as allocated, and Conducting regular safety briefings while intervening when there is risk exposure, ensuing safe behaviors is practiced and followed on shift.8. Report any faults or irregularities with the equipment Facilities, systems or processes to the appropriate management airport authority, 9. Timely and appropriate response and action to disruption, emergency or Delay situation in the operation.

•Providing leadership and direct supervision to a team of staff, who are undertaking all loading & equipment operation activities to handle in-coming and outgoing flights as allocated.•Responsible for supervising the loading and off-loading of aircraft in accordance with the loading instructions, liaising with all departments and sections where required. Ensuring that any loading deviation is authorized by the Dispatcher/Load Control before the release of an aircraft.•Effectively liaise with all concerned sections to ensure that adequate serviceable loading and offloading equipment is available on time for flight handling..Strictly comply with all relevant company Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Airport Authority Standards and Regulatory requirements. Responsible for all safety issues and ensures that all team members comply with the laid down safety regulations at all times. Immediately reports to the shift in-charge or duty manger if any damage to aircraft, equipment or any injury to a team member.•Complete all pre and post flight activities, and other administrative requirements. like updates LDM in system .

• Ensure & Notify consignees, passengers, or customers of the arrival of freight or baggage, and arrange for delivery, also Negotiate and arrange transport of goods with freight companies.• Co-ordinate with Load & Trim for loading in respect of cargo & mail and also prepare flight report & revenue after departure of flights.• Ensure to liaise with Jet Air & agents (Domestic & International ) in respect of acceptance of cargo, Also to calculate bond value in EGM & IGM Register in respect of originating station & ensure it is Within Limits• Prepare Cargo transfer manifest & hand over to respective Airlines in case of international cargo after completion of customs formalities • Check import/export documentation to determine cargo contents, and classify goods into different fee or tariff groups, using a tariff coding system, also physically Contact vendors and claims adjustment departments in order to resolve problems with shipments, or contact service depots to fill repairs.• On departure of flight tally cargo with manifest for loading , segregate as per loading instructions ( at ramp ) & place documents on board. And inform destination & re-manifest for next flight, in respect to any off loading of cargo and informed load and trim staff regarding the same.• On arrival of flight collect document & ensure proper off-loading of cargo and released cargo to warehouse as per given standard for final delivery of cargo to consignee or agents, and issue delivery orders for airport delivery shipments for valuable cargo i.e. gold, silver and diamonds with allocated time.
