In this role, hired as interim professional and responsible for integration of laboratory diagnostics of ADC into the Curacao Medical Center (new hospital). Daily managing in close cooperation with healthcare professionals the build of a new laboratory with the latest technology. A complex mix of people, process, technology, change management, planning and Just in time delivery. The use of leading edge hardware, software, laboratory diagnostics to create a high tech, high quality and high output laboratory for the island of Curacao, together with Siemens Healthcare, Philips Healthcare, ISALA hospital and ADC and CMC professionals
