With over six years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and creative Head Chef at Al-Wazzan Regional, a leading catering company in the Middle East. I have a degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the Lebanese American University School of Business, and I have honed my skills in banquets, operations, and pre-opening at various restaurants and bistros. I have also participated in and won a food contest for my meat dish in 2017. As a Head Chef, I oversee the menu planning, food preparation, quality control, and staff training of the kitchen team, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service and cuisine to our clients.
