Eng. Farouk experience was mainly developed by participating in most of the project delivery process for variety of projects. He participates in Design, Construction Management, Business Development, tendering, commercial activities, planning, Contract Management, and project management activities. His responsibility as tendering manager cover the management, coordination and administration of the Company selected proposals starting from the BID / NO BID approval cycle up through to submittal of the BID to the Client. The tendering skills were built-up through an experience with EPC tenders and consultancy proposals. His tasks starts form the follow-up of all possible opportunities “EOI / Pre-qualifications / RFP” and related activities, passing by the analysis of RFP and setting up for an adequate work plan for the tender preparation stage. This work plan cover all needed coordination and control activities with consortium members, technical departments, freelancers, subcontractors, Executive manager and tendering department team.His Experience in scheduling cover with no limitation; - The development of a multi-discipline baseline schedule using CPM.- Overseeing all project scheduling activities including WBS, project deliverables etc….- Allocating Staff / events “Workshops, Capacity building activities etc…” to the master schedule. - Progress Monitoring Procedure and preparation of related documents, Having a business development experience; he's responsible of - Developing business development plan " 3 BDP for international consultants"- Usual business activities and commercial support.Finally he has a good knowledge and Know-how that integrate experience with different local authorities, international financial institutions, international consultants and construction companies allowing him to consider different management procedures and quality plans
