1. Filing & Documentation –i. Maintain up to date and easily accessible filing system. ii.Facilitate the retrieval of information and documents for the purpose of Litigation process. iii.Maintain registers of Agreements and other Legal/secretarial documents and ensure safe custody.iv.Attend to requests for Legal copies of Agreements and other secretarial documentsv Follow up on Agreements and other documentation which ought to be submitted into Legal custodyvi. Preparation of agreements2. Regulatory/Statutory filingsi. Follow up on information/inputs into statutory filings. ii.Ensure proper documentation of fillings.3. Investment and Credit Facilityi. Packaging of Credit facilities for customers.ii. Reviewing of Customers file and Credit Appraisal Memorandum.iii.Managing hardcopy files and softcopies.iv.Scrutinizing and perfection of securities for credits/loan facilities.v. Ensuring strict compliance with the 5(five) C’s of credit before a loan facility is disbursed.vi.Ensure proper credit control of sectoral exposures in accordance with management’s criteria and/or relevant regulatory requirements.vii Organizes with the risk management unit, Management Credit Committee and Criticized Asset Committee meetings. 4. Legal Advisory Services/Secretarial Duties. i. Giving advises to relevant unit when necessary on various statutory and legal issues.ii. Advising management staffs as well as the Managing Director on strategic issues concerning the company in all ramifications.iii. Attending and taking of minutes of Board of Directors meeting.iv. Providing professional and strategic advice to the Chief Executive, Board and senior management.5. Debt Recovery.i. Marketing of companies financial productsii. Sale of Customers Assets such as Immoveable and Moveable properties, etc.iii. Monitoring of Portfolio in excess of N100,000,000.00iv. Repossession of Assets from customers such as Cars, lands and properties.v. Monitoring of Risk Assets.
