Responsibilities: Head Of Sub contractor evaluation Committee Supervising and Distributing work to the Q/S Engineers & floating enquires to the Sub contactors for all items for the purpose of tender. Tender Quoting. Proper Rate Analysis for all Items. Preparation and Filling of Bill off Quantity (BOQ). Budget Preparation for Execution of work @ Site. Negotiation and Finalizing contracts with all Sub-contractors (MEP and Civil). Preparation of Comparison statement for Sub contractors. Preparation of Contract agreement with all subcontractors after reviewing all contract conditions. Preparation of Variation orders for all projects and finalizing the same with the client. Attending meeting with the clients/Consultant for discussion of project activities and variation evaluation, etc… Preparation of Cost @ Completion for each project to check the Actual cost compared to the planned cost of the project. TAKE OFF QUANTITIES USING (ON SCREEN TAKEOFF) SOFTWARE

Responsibilities: Project Execution From Site Handing over to its completion Monitoring all activities and guidance to all site engineers and other teams. Following up with consultant for approval of work Following up submittals & payments with the consultants. Follow up and coordinating with sub-contractors for execution of work , as per work program Preparing daily and weekly report showing site progress. Coordination with Planning Section in Head Office For Distribution of Manpower for projects as needed. Monitor the changes in plan and report the effect of change  Understanding of client needs at various milestones during project execution. Attending Meeting with the clients for new project requirement and transferring these requirement to our Contract & Estimation Department for Quoting
