− Collaborate with cross-functional VMware teams which could consist of VMware pre-sales architects. engineers, product management, consulting, and support staff. − Design and Implement Cloud Native Applications Components [TKG, Harbor, Airgap, Prometheus, Grafana, fluentbit…etc]. − Manage and Monitor Cloud Native resources with VMware Aria Operations/logging. − Create high and low-level telco-grade designs while functioning as a resource for “Best Practices” and driving adoption of VMware solutions TKG[s,m], Harbor, Airgap ..etc. − Technically assess needed Compute, Networking and Storage requirement for APP Modernizations Deployments. − Conduct consulting engagements using VMware’s Consulting Methodology [Plan, Execute, Test, Document, Knowledge Transfer] and leveraging agile project delivery frameworks. − Provide feedback on existing documentation and assist in the continuous improvement of consulting tools and knowledge. − Design, Implement and troubleshoot high-quality VMware technology solutions [TCP - NFVI- CNF - VNF - VCD - NSX- Tanzu Kubernetes Grid, vSphere with Tanzu]. − Provide effective management to the unit’s business activities that have to do with its strategic and financial growth. − Define, establish, and continually improve processes and procedures for customer-managed VMware environments, including storage integration and consumption, patching, and version management. − Upgrade TCA/TKG/NFVi Stack vCenter, ESXi – LCM and TCA and NSX. − Deploy Cloud Native APPs CNF based on VMware TCA according to ETSI Models. − Configure monitoring and Alerts as per the customer requirements or SLA's. − Define project requirements/issues/constraints with PMs. − Make accurate impact assessments, and raise, implement, and roll-back plans when required. − Maintain current, high-level technical knowledge of the entire VMware product portfolio and future product direction and expert level knowledge of the VMware Telco product line and specialist areas.
