• Ensure test engineering standards are maintained for all aspects of test department.• Preparation of detailed project and resource plans, controlling all key elements of the plan whilst ensuring customer and internal goals are met.• Designing and manage maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods using TPM system.• Submit SAP (Strategic Action Plan) for test department.• Spare parts control for Test Department (SPIC).• Root cause analysis (RCA) to identify the root causes of faults or problems.• Prepare monthly report for test department include test activities, plans, spare parts consumption, TMP Verification and down time analysis.• Keep Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for test department met its target.• Monitor test members performance to achieve set engineering targets.• Responsible for 47 members (7 Engineers and 35 Technicians) in four sites as direct reports, forming a cohesive team that help the company achieve overall objectives.• Coach, mentor and support Test Engineers and Technicians to build strong team with high skills.

• Diagnosing breakdown problems and make maintenance plan for lines.• Provide corrective and preventative solutions and actions for test department.• Acquire required BOM for creating codes and validations.• Create Electrical board codes according to SEWS standards using EMDEP software.• Contacting suppliers for ordering test equipment.• Development of test equipment, boards, and software.• Raise all SERSs for test department according to site budget (maintenance tools, test equipment’s, Jigs, wires)• Dealing with many boards manufacturing companies (SDE, EMDEP, DIVMAC, DINNFER, and TSK).• Trainer (Train, Exam and Evaluate test members).

• Supervising lying cables process and the estimation of the cable length (main – secondary).• Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is a problem in any cable and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.• Supervising and keeping safety precautions for all workers and Technicians.• Approving on the destination of the cable reaching component in operation area and its destination in substation.• Familiar with all E&I construction drawing (cable schedules, cable routing, layout, wiring diagrams, lighting block diagram, classification, and Instrumentation loop diagram).
