-Respond to a wide variety of guest’s needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer, satisfaction while complying.-Allocate rooms for Group Arrivals and VIP guest.-Provide mentoring, coaching, supervision, disciplines and regular feedback to help manage conflict and improve Front Office Team. -Report and Communicate with the Front Office Manager all incidents affecting the guest experience and the hotel operations.-Meeting dissatisfied guests during their stay/upon check-out and to turn their stay to memorable stay.-Randomly check vacant rooms and reports any discrepancies to finance.-Attend Daily briefing, and have inputs, so the team will be aware of what happening in the hotel.

-General office duties as phoning, following up and referring inquiries.-Processing orders, Troubleshooting and Issuing concessions to the customers.-Assist customers in returns and collection of the shipment.-Resolving issues and setting appropriate expectations with customers.

Bilingual Customer Service (French and English)-Troubleshoot Internet and Webservices.-Service and Solution Surveillance.
