I was the lead for large-scale, complex behavioural and digital public health innovation and transformation programmes across the division. I managed a budget of over £13 million. I was the strategic lead for tackling health inequalities across public mental health and loneliness, drug and alcohol misuse, smoking and tobacco control, and sexual and.

I held the portfolio for sexual health across Hackney and the City of London and worked to establish the London Sexual Health Team in the City of London, as well as the digital transformation of sexual health services for London. I managed the budget for public health in the City of London (£1.6million per year). I supported the City's Health and Wellbeing.

I led on health and wellbeing policy development, including JSNA and JHWS, community intelligence and needs assessment (including pharmaceutical needs assessment). I was responsible for ensuring corporate plans were coordinated, and that national legislation was developed into local policy for all areas of health and wellbeing. I liaised with DH, PHE, City.

Contributing to the development of the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA), and being responsible for further disaggregation of City data from Hackney data within the JSNA Undertaking detailed analysis of health status and needs, and health equity audit, using epidemiological and other techniques, including assessment of the needs of City workers..

Scottish Theme A EQUAL Access Development Partnership – I conducted a two-year formative evaluation, which sought to link up health, employability and social services to improve outcomes for the long-term unemployed.
