I was mainly in charge of all the administrative tasks, e.g.: register students for a work placement in Centuri and Blackboard, place vacancies online and update information about the work placement on the website and other online platforms. I also helped students, organisations and teachers with questions about the work placement and, together with the work placement coordinator, assessed the work placement position and projects of the students. I have optimized the Centuri CRM system in a way that was easy to add, edit and evaluate the work placement organisation, student and supervisor, in order to be linked to each other efficiently and effectively. Furthermore I have organized activities such as work placement get-together's, career days and graduation day.Next to the work placement activities I also contributed to other communication and marketing projects such as writing content for the study guide and the new website of the MIM school.

For my bachelor thesis I have done a thorough market research of the industry and company, and developed an actionable marketing communication plan to achieve growth through customer acquisition. While writing the thesis I have also implemented a few actions of the plan such as LinkedIn optimization and Social Media customer acquisition. As a side task I have planned and coordinated the complete business relocation of Inextenzo, which have further developed my multitasking, organizing and communication skills.

I have done an initial market research of the IT industry in Curaçao and a company analysis of IT Solutions N.V., which led me to develop a marketing plan and an actionable strategy approach. This included forming a clear vision and mission statement with the employees of the company, alongside with a new corporate identity. I also designed advertisements and wrote articles for publishing.

As an intern at NRG advertising I was assigned my very own client accounts as of the first week, and before I knew it this built up rapidly resulting in me managing half of the company's accounts. I have written marketing plans and coordinated various marketing campaigns and projects, such as corporate identity development, commercial billboard and bus campaigns, TV, radio and newspaper ads, website building and content writing. I was the facilitating role between the client, design studio and suppliers.
