Coordinates functional areas, including recruiting, compensation, benefits, orientation, and personnel research. Supports multiple systems that affect labor forecasting, staffing, staff orientation, personnel action forms, performance review, annual merit matrix, and policy and procedures. Serves as the clearinghouse for all hiring and recruiting activities within the unit. Reviews and enters dispositions in PeopleSoft; collects candidate information; coordinates the interview process, including scheduling interviews; communicates finalized schedules and resumes to hiring managers. Maintains staffing databases for labor forecasting and personnel information. Maintains the staffing and recruiting portion of the unit’s Web pages. Responsible for providing staff orientation and training and for creating new unit orientation materials. Assists in planning, training, and documenting performance review and performance-related activities. Processes personnel actions forms and oversees personnel records for the unit. Processes separation for unit. Space coordinator for unit. Provides project and technical assistance to various RTI projects.
