Managed Document Services Site Manager
CurrentManages the day-to-day operations of specified 5 person site. Develops, implements and reviews related procedures. Invoices accounts and interacts with customer and various business units to maintain an acceptable work environment. Maintaining acceptable profit levels and ensures that customer expectations are met. Point person on site for customer issues and contract compliance, high degree of customer interface.- Managing of high print production, quality communications and promoting client services, activities, and events.- Leading a team in preparation of marketing materials, learning materials, publications, advertisements and collaterals according to client policies.- Organizing and implementing mail campaigns in collaboration with relevant client departments.- Outsourcing of communications using external suppliers as well as effectively manage extensive supplier network.- Developing and managing positive client relationships to ensure the service is meeting and exceeding expectations.- Preparing, analyzing and interpreting monthly reports presented to the client Chief Financial Officer.- Providing superior font line service ensuring that the supported services for client is combined with exceptional customer service.- Meeting and exceeding SLAs as per the client’s contract.- Managing daily Business Center activities; copy, print, booklets, spiral binding, coil binding, laminating, vendor relations, shipping & receiving, mail and hospitality services.
