I was called to the Bar of England & Wales in July 2009 and joined DWF LLP, at the same time. I cross-qualified and was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in England & Wales in 2011. I worked for DWF LLP for over 5 years as a Solicitor- Advocate and as a Barrister, before moving to the Cayman Islands in January 2016. At Ogier I undertake work on a variety of commercial litigation matters, often involving cross-border issues and arising in an insolvency context, including but not limited to:--insurance avoidance disputes;-claims against directors/trustees;-shareholder/beneficial ownership disputes;-enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards;-commercial fraud claims and asset tracing;-breach of duty (contract, tortious and fiduciary); and-third-party disclosure and injunctions; and-appraisal / fair value proceedings. I regularly attend Court for contested interim applications, other interlocutory hearings and trials as well as draft pleadings, advice and other documents. In my spare time I enjoy scuba diving and taking part in marathons, half-marathon and triathlons.
