After completing a gruelling assessment day with an additional 8 interview stage with 18 other applicants, I was 1 of 2 people selected to join the S3 Brand, under their Graduate Trainee scheme.I joined the RDBMS permanent team, where I was carrying out full life cycle recruitment specialising in Progress, Uniface, Informix, Pick 4GL. I quickly picked up excellent Business Development and resourcing skills and understood the recruitment process which included building relationship, and consistently billed throughout my time at the S3 Group.
