Early on, I thought it was all about teaching content. But I quickly learned that the real change came when I focused on supporting personal growth. I brought that approach to CrossFit® - helping coaches and affiliates to develop not just skills but the purpose and ethos that genuinely resonate with members.Outside the gym, my family and an overly enthusiastic dog remind me of the importance of balance and perspective. I take that into my work too, blending structure with flexibility, and keeping the big picture in mind without losing sight of the details.
