I am a CELTA qualified English as a foreign language teacher with 12 years of teaching experience. My teaching experience covers the full range of students from 12 to 80 yrs and from complete beginner to post advanced. I specialise in three main areas: professional English (English for work, presentations, job interviews), intensive courses for IELTS exams as well as English for high school learners (licei and English language high school of both the US and British systems). All my sessions are designed to meet the student / client’s needs and propensity for studying languages and are focused on real life situations that the students will encounter as this helps speed up the process of language acquisition. I am a native English speaker. I was born in Zimbabwe, grew up in Cornwall in the UK and now I’m living in Italy. I am an advanced Italian speaker, and also speak intermediate level French.
