Project Administrator

•Administer projects for clients including the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Health and Human Services, and the Corporation for National and Community Service.•Coordinate and track the projected and completed activities and budgets of project teams of up to 15 members, including consultants, using existing procedures and tools while developing new ones.•Serve as primary contact for the public and a variety of stakeholders to ensure needs and concerns are addressed in a timely, flexible, and competent manner.•Initiate and complete internal paperwork including consultant and vendor contracts, scopes of work and invoices.•Assist in the writing, editing and formatting of monthly, semiannual, task specific, and closeout reports, including budget details, to fulfill contract requirements.•Identify and integrate new procedures and tools to improve project performance and reduce costs by training coworkers and supervisors.•Assist in project research studies, including developing surveys, taking notes in interviews and focus groups, and coding data for reports.•Manage administrative and logistical needs for meetings with attendance between 10-450 people including site procurement, vendor management, registration, travel arrangements, materials preparation and distribution, and implementation.•Supervise temporary employees or employees from other projects working on time-sensitive project tasks.•Ensure company products are compliant with Section 508 of The Rehabilitation Act and make any required corrections.•Assist with grant writing activities including narrative development, data preparation, formatting and production.•Coordinate with Design and IT Departments to develop online tools including recording narration as needed.•Schedule, moderate, and record webinars.•Maintain digital and physical files on projects’ progress and available deliverables.•Conduct evaluations on projects’ performance.•Other tasks as necessary.
