I am responsible for supervising 3 electronic repair technicians. They evaluate products that have been returned by the customer for repairs. After evaluation, a quote is sent to the customer for approval. Repairs are completed after receiving a fund purchase order. Manage the repairs for products that fail on the production line and determine whether to repair or scrap as per the needs of the production planners.I interface directly with customers, such as Lockheed Martin, to get them weekly updates on the progress of repairs. I provide data on the root cause of a failure and have direct contact with Engineer to review as needed.
