 Field Service Representatives (FSR's) HH-60H helicopter provided technical assistance and guidance to 89 avionics/mechanical technician operators of Sikorsky Aircraft products. Training and Mentoring efforts led to the correction of 62 maintenance actions and saved the U.S Navy over $275K in material/supply inventory parts and 92 percent repair rate of avionics items inducted for repairs.  Troubleshoot, replaced, and inspected 10 AFCS flight computers, 3 Stab Actuators, 4 Multifunction Display Units, 42 wire discrepancies, 4 engines issues, 13 flight control/hydraulic electrical and electronic issues, on 12 HH-60H/F/B helicopters. Operated support equipment and test equipment to check and evaluation electrical and avionics systems, and follows schematics, drawings, specifications, service manuals and general instructions to perform electronic, electrical, mechanical and other related technical work.  Monitors Flight hours with respect to execution of quarterly Flight Dollars, identifying through trend analyses and briefing shortfalls and over execution to Executive Management with input on future readiness and ready for tasking rate increases. Provided technical and administrative supervision to subordinate; established priorities based on attainment of goals, objectives and work to be accomplished.  Developed, analyzed, evaluated, and advised on improving the effectiveness of aviation work methods and procedures, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar management functions. Planned, coordinated, evaluated, and reviewed all phases of project control with minimum guidance from Program Managers. Promotes team building, implements quality improvements, and respond to concerns with regulatory compliance and/or customer requirements.

Forecast, reviewed and wrote 30, 90, and 180 day requirements for parts, support equipment and tools ensuring adequate aircraft materials were available. Established formal and informal communication between suppliers OCONUS expediting materials contributing to mission readiness. Track Shipments resolving shipment problems quickly, resulting in minimal lost in shipment materials increasing financial accountability. Reconciliation of requisitions utilizing DoD Programs. Maintenance Control (LCPO) managed the replacement of 358 major components, 1436 special inspections, and 121 phase inspections. Completed 115 daily/turnaround, 179 fuel/defuel procedures, 126 flight line task, responsible for daily testing/operating ground equipment (Tow Tractor, NC-10/8) to ensure smooth performance and servicing of GSE equipment by using hydraulic fluid, JP-5 (fuel), and lubricating oil in support of flight line operations. Resulting in an 20% availability.  Established an aggressive cross-training program for 35 personnel in 6 work centers resulted in the qualification of 13 CDIs, 11 plane captains, and 103 support equipment signatures. Overhauled and repaired 310 aircraft Indicators/Instrumentation boxes which resulted in a saving of $143K in aviation depot level repair costs. Inventoried and reorganized over 8K consumables bin items to provide timely material identification and location in support of production repairs. Established guidelines and performance expectations; provided feedback and evaluated employee performance for staff supervised, and provided advice, counsel, and/or instruction to staff members. NALCOMIS System.
