Served as a Security Manager, specializing in Personnel Security (PERSEC), responsible for processing and tracking 900 Soldiers’ clearance status, investigation process, and derogatory reporting. Analyzed daily workflow and procedures to identify inefficiencies and developed methods of task and status tracking to increase efficiency and reduce wasted time by over 1 hour per day, allowing the unit to deploy with all personnel possessing the required level of security clearance. Ensured all 900 personnel had correctly completed required Isolated Persons Report (ISOPREP) through (SIPR) ISOPREP management site. Conducted more than 35 required Physical Security inspections including key control and arms room checks to ensure adherence to standards and regulations.
